Return and Refund Policy
At BSP Automation, we provide technically complex industrial products. Due to the nature of our products, standard returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, warranty cases are handled according to the procedures defined by the product manufacturers.
Returns and Exchanges
- BSP Automation does not offer standard returns or exchanges.
- Special cases may be considered on an individual basis and require separate approval.
- Products eligible for returns or exchanges under warranty must not have physical damage and must include the original packaging.
Warranty Claims
Each manufacturer provides its own warranty and procedure for processing warranty claims. The warranty period may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Example
Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of manufacture. The warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer to the end customer.
To process a warranty claim, the following is required:
- Original product packaging (box) in which the product was delivered.
- A detailed description of the product issue, including installation and technical information.
- Confirmation that there are no physical damages to the product.
Once all requirements are met, the warranty claim must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, who will handle the exchange or repair according to their procedures.
Costs and Processing
- BSP Automation does not charge a restocking fee for warranty claims, as these are handled by the manufacturer.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed according to the manufacturer's timeline. BSP Automation coordinates with the manufacturer to ensure a smooth process, but final processing times are determined by the manufacturer.
