The Allen Bradley MPL-B420P-MJ74AA is a high-performance servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This Kinetix series motor features a low inertia design, making it well-suited for rapid acceleration and deceleration. Operating at 400V and equipped with a 115 mm frame size, it offers a compact yet powerful solution. The motor includes a 50.8 mm magnet stack length and can reach speeds up to 5000 RPM. For accurate position feedback, it is fitted with a 1024 sin/cos absolute multi-turn encoder utilizing the Hiperface interface. The shaft includes a key for secure coupling, although it doesn’t have a shaft seal. Connectivity is handled through a circular Speedtec DIN connector, ensuring reliable electrical connections. Additionally, a 24V DC holding brake provides controlled stopping and holding capabilities.
